About me and my practice
I currently work part-time as a counsellimg lecturer, teaching Integrative Counselling that involves theoretical approaches through to diversity issues that impact on the individual's lived experience with Self & others.
Alongside teaching, I work in Private Practice under the umbrella of Counselling with Vision, as a Counsellor, Supervisor & Coach.
I am very PASSIONATE about Counselling and respect those who take that brave first step to seek a counsellor, as I know first hand the impact its had & continues to have on my life.
With Counselling it enables me to assist individuals who might be feeling; stuck, unloved, challenged by life's changes, identity & relationship issues etc., to create shifts no matter how small, as I believe life is a journey that starts with one step that leads to many roads and choices to be made. And with Counselling you do not have to do it alone.
Supervision with me is a step away from the classroom and a personal one2one space to discuss your clients and learn new approaches to enhance your practice and your working relationships with your clients &/or to address any challenges that requires an objective perspective, which I offer to ALL my Supervisees.
Experience
As an Integrative Counsellor & Supervisor in private practice, I offer my clients space to explore and grow. A space that will permit their VOICES to be heard in a safe & non-judgemental therapeutic environment.
Whether in the classroom, workshop or counselling / Supervision session, my aim is create a collaborative space whereby you can take the lead, even if you are unsure on how to do so, as you are the expert of your own lived experiences or working alliance with your clients. And what I bring to Counselling & Supervision is my unique perspective fused with transpersonal & Intuitive approaches to assist you in gaining the best outcome for your situation.
More recently I have incorporated formation coaching as a part of Supervision to those Supervisees desiring to expand &/or transform their practice.

Initial Consultation
Following initial email exchanges to book a convenient date & time for FREE 20mins Consultation. The initial consultation will be a space for you to share briefly why you would like to explore counselling at this time, as well as to consider whether we could potenitally work together at this phase of your journey, with no obligation to book a session. Although a taster session could be considered.

Counselling rates:
50mins - Online video/Phone session - £75
50mins - Student counselling online video/Phone session - £55
Supervision:
Qualified Counsellor - Fortnightly rate £80 per 50mins
Qualified Counsellor Monthly rate £130 per 90mins
Trainee Counsellor - Fortnightly rate £60 per 50mins
